Vocational training of the enterprise staff is one of the most important factors of working team effectiveness and development of the company. In order to increase productivity and improve product quality, professional skills upgrade of workers, managers, specialists and employees of the enterprise is held during the whole their working activity. Continuous deepening of knowledge and skills is a direct responsibility of each employee.  

According to the vocational training plan, more than 2,500 workers, 300 managers and specialists annually receive training.

The company has the following vocational courses:

  • training of new personnel, retraining;
  • training for related professions;
  • upgrading.

Managers and specialists upgrade their managerial capabilities in such courses as:

  • target courses,
  • management school,
  • young leader school.

The quality of students' knowledge of the permanent courses is largely determined by professional competence of the specialists attracted to the pedagogical work.

The composition of teaching staff is determined by methodical commissions of departments and approved by the company administration.
